Join us for Lehigh Valley Beer Week 2019!
Beer and brunch! Liam Hock will be here totally all about Founders Brewing and maybe bring some swag!

1st Course: Rubeaus Mimosa (on nitro with Cava)
deconstructed yogurt parfait, free dried yogurt with liquid nitrogen, granola, berries

2nd Course: Reds Rye IPA
avocado toast, poached egg, bacon jam, grapefruit gastrique

3rd Course: Backwoods Bastard
homemade scrapple, candied brioche, apple butter croquette

4th: Curmudgeon
green onion and cheddar fastnacht, chicken fried steak, sausage gravy

5th Course: CBS
coffee panna cotta, maple meringue, homemade biscotti
