About Our Menu
Our menu is in constant development. We have maintained several time-honored recipes that stabilize us, yet we do always reinvent ourselves to take advantage of new products and ideas. Our menu is eclectic, inspired by simple farmhouse fare featuring beef, pork and seafood preparations. From classic Belgian style mussels and housemade frites to premium burgers, homemade soups and signature entrees like braised short ribs and hunter’s pork with sweet potato gnocci, we celebrate tradition with a twist. Our aiolis are all made fresh daily in house with no preservatives or additives. We support our local farmers and encourage craftsmanship and the revival of traditional practices. Our seasonal additions to the regular menu always incorporate fresh and local ingredients. Our enthusiasm is also evidenced by our all-embracing libation program, which includes unique draft beers, an extensive bottled beer list, impressive wine list and seasonal craft cocktails.
